A bathroom nobody used anymore

The downstairs guest bathroom in this Lafayette home backed up so often that the family had simply stopped using it. Close to collapse, but not past saving

Our sewer camera inspection showed badly deteriorated cast iron. In our technician’s judgment, the pipe was close to collapsing. How we relined it

Our crew installed a resin-saturated cured-in-place liner through the full 44-foot run and inflated a bladder to press it firmly against the failing iron. As the resin cured, it formed a new structural pipe inside the old one. The new pipe doesn’t depend on the cast iron around it to keep its shape. A final camera pass confirmed a clean, fully working sewer line.

Porch and driveway, untouched

The family got their guest bathroom back at a fraction of the excavation quote. Their porch and driveway were never disturbed.
